Q: You are a legitimate cleaning company, right?
A: Of course, we have all necessary registration, licensing and service insurance. We have been an established service provider for a number of years now.
Q: So you employ qualified cleaners?
A: Yes, all of our technicians are dedicated professionals, specially trained in different types of cleaning services and use of industry grade cleaning systems.
Q: Can I customise the service as per my own needs?
A: Sure, our cleaning treatments can be customised accordingly, or made to include additional options at very reasonable prices.
Q: I need to reschedule or cancel a booked cleaning service, can I do that?
A: Yes, booked cleaning services can be rescheduled but we need at least 24hr notice. Cancelling a booked service will attract a cancellation fee – more information available from our customer consultants.
Q: Is it possible to accommodate for last minute bookings?
A: Absolutely, we have good short notice availability and normally accommodate for same day bookings without too much fuss.
Q: I am worried about toxic and aggressive cleaning supplies, do you use such?
A: Generally we try and stay away from aggressive cleaning products and opt for mild, nontoxic alternatives, but when tackling tough cleaning chores the cleaners may have to apply a cleaning product of suitable strength.
